Yesterday the kids were given a 'composition in class' task. However, I prefer to call it 'controlled writing'. Kids were asked to build a story starting with this phrase. ... 'I shall never forget...' They were given 15 minutes to complete this task. Thanks, Ms Ruth Quite a lot of you have forgotten o have their say in the online debate (3). Phrase of the week is online!
Of mice and men. I will soon be telling you when you have to hand in the book report. For now just read... Ms Ruth The book report is for tomorrow. Those two students who didn't manage to read off the cd will have to get it by not later than Monday. Msruth Today I returned the compositions - corrected. I've realisedthat some of them struggle with expression and spelling. The marks were low. Only a couple of kids got a 7. Well done to these kids. The others really need to start reading. Ms Ruth Please be aware that there is a new online debate and a new phrase of the week on the class website as of today!
